Nexen’s Geared Bearing: Accuracy and repeatability for the most demanding applications

Vadnais Heights, USA, September 2025 – The Geared Bearing from Nexen Group, Inc. is designed and built to use Nexen’s Roller Pinion technology, allowing integrators and machine builders to achieve zero backlash, repeatability, and industry-leading accuracy for the most demanding applications

Utilizing Nexen's innovative, patented Roller Pinion technology, the Geared Bearing comes complete with a high precision gear, high-capacity cross-roller bearing, threaded and through mounting holes, and a large open center.

With an open area ranging from 20 to 160 mm, a speed range of 35 to 632 rpm, and a static torque between 23 and 4,754 Nm, designers have a wide selection of options for their designs.

With many possible sizes and gear ratios, all with zero backlash, Nexen's Geared Bearing can be incorporated into most precision rotary motion control applications that require precision movement, high output torque, and flexible mounting options.

"Our Geared Bearings design allows customers to design systems that perform in the most demanding applications, that require reliability, zero backlash, high output load capacity, and perform at a high speed," says Dave Hein, Nexen Group’s Vice President of Engineering.

Nexen engineers and manufactures advanced motion control components for industrial and OEM applications. The products are supplied to customers through a global network of local distributors and representatives. Nexen’s European office is based in Wemmel, Belgium.
